We can install & configure measurement sensors & instrumentation systems in our laboratory, at your site or in the field.
Many different types of sensors can be installed, including but not limited to strain gauges, load / force or torque sensors, displacement or 2D / 3D laser profile sensors, accelerometers, orientation sensors and inclinometers. We can set up and configure standard data acquisition, fibre optic or wireless instrumentation systems.
QUAD I offer a strain gauge installation service – our trained technicians can bond or weld strain gauges to your test articles either in our own laboratory facilities or at your test location.
Full risk assessments and method statements are incorporated into our onsite installation service which can also include working at height and in hard to access environments.
